If you’re having difficulty getting hold of a copy of the 2008 programme, send us an SAE (A5 size) with 66p worth of stamps if you want it to travel second class, or 78p if you can’t wait and want it first class. Incidentally, this postage covers you for two programmes, so if you want a second one for a friend, let us know!
